This Lunar Slow Flow was designed to guide you through the energy of the new moon. During the new moon we can set our intentions for the new cycle ahead, planting the seeds that will nurture and feed you as they grow to their fullness just as the moon will grow again. This dark phase in the lunar cycle is where we can use our yoga practice to help us turn inward and connect deeper to our intuition.

So this yoga class will help you to connect to your body through fluid, breath connected movements. It will help you to quiet the mind and connect to the inner wisdom of your body.
