It truly always feels like I am birthing a new version of myself every month when I surrender to anything that is rising from within.
And in the moment I start bleeding I always become super quiet. Super introverted. Total surrender into myself. Fully turning around and looking deep into my own eyes, honoring the blockages that arised and letting them go completely. Anchoring into my softness.

Remember that your blood is not a curse but one of the most elemental and powerful portals we can open. So drop in with yourself, not just when you bleed but any time during the month because every single aspect of your cycle can hold wisdom.
