Описание: This is a total body beginner HIIT which can be done at home or in the park. It's a combination cardio, strength and core, which is the best and most effective way to burn fat, lose weight and build lean muscles. Beginners, do this workout to Burn Fat, Tone Up & Lose Weight. No Jumping Cardio, No Equipment.

You have some rest time between sets to drink water & recover! I added some exercises that will bring your heart rate up and make the workout more effective for fat burn! Most importantly, have fun while you do this and stay consistent so you can improve and see results!

Only equipment needed is your own body weight. Make sure you do a proper dynamic warm up 3 to 5 mins and a cool down right after you are done with the workout. Do subscribe to my channel and turn on the notification bell 🔔...so that you won't miss out any of my video
