Beef Ampalaya na may Tausi in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
400g beef sliced into thin
1 pc. of Ampalaya (bitter gourd) soak ampalaya in water with salt
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 med. onion (sliced into ring)
1 1/2 tbsp. of soy sauce
2 tbsp. of oyster sauce
1 tbsp. of sugar
1/2 tsp. of black pepper powder
1 small can of black beans (wash and drain) use 2 tbsp. only
1/2 beef cube
water
oil
slurry mixture:
1 tbsp. of corn starch (dilute in 3 tbsp. of water)
