1 kilo beef (sliced into strips)
2 pcs. ampalaya (sliced)
1/2 head garlic (minced)
1 pc. big red onion (diced)
1 tbs. black pepper
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbs. oyster sauce
1 tbs. sugar
110g salted black beans
1 tbs. cornstarch dilluted in water
cooking oil
