shepherds pie with lamb
Ground lamb
Carrots
Onions
2-3 cloves garlic
Olive oil
Half lemon ( juice )
Oregano
Salt , Pepper
Worcestershire sauce 2-3 tbsps
Cheddar cheese
5-6 yellow potatoes
2-3 tbsps butter
1/4 cup milk
Boil potatoes.
Preheat oven 350F.
While potatoes cooking preheat cast iron and add olive oil. Add garlic, carrots and onions and cook trot 2-3 minutes. Add meat and mix well. Add salt,pepper and. Oregano. Squeeze lemon and add Worcestershire sauce. Mix all well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Make mashed potatoes and transfer it over the meat. Top it with cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes. I broiled it at the end.
