Day 3 of my recovery workout routine.
In this video, I follow the same set of exercises as on Day 1 and Day 2, but this time I explain each movement in detail.
Since I am currently in my recovery phase, I will be continuing this routine for a couple of weeks. Repeating the same exercises helps in improving mobility, flexibility, and overall recovery without putting extra stress on the body.
In my previous videos, the workout was fast-forwarded. In this one, the pace is steady, so you can follow the movements more easily and stay comfortable.
