🍝 One dish.
⏱️ 40 minutes.
💪 445 kcals & 40g protein
Macros:Protein 40g | Carbs 55g | Fats 10g
Chicken & Spinach Pasta Bake (Serves 4):
• 300g fresh egg pasta
• 500g chicken breast, diced small
• 150g spinach
• 200g chopped tomatoes (half a tin)
• 200ml chicken stock
• 150g (≈⅔ cup) fat-free Greek yogurt
• Olive oil (optional), salt, pepper, oregano
• 50g reduced-fat grated cheese on top.
Put it altogether into an oven proof baking dish, cover with foil + bake at 180°C for 40 mins.

👉 Vegan?
Swap chicken for tofu or lentils, Greek yogurt for soy yogurt, and cheese for vegan cheese. Same one-dish method, still high protein, still easy.
