Описание: This short video shows how to construct a timeline and how to use it. This video is complementary to other training materials developed by EuFMD which explain with further detail how to build a timeline and how to age FMD lesions. During a Foot-and-Mouth Disease outbreak investigation in a farm, a timeline can help place in the calendar the most likely FMD introduction period into the farm. It also helps define the excretion period of the virus. Once this is known, the contacts that need to be traced both as source of FMD or as new location where the disease could have spread, can be identified and prioritized.
