Welcome back to What’s For Tea :) Today I made these super easy festive mince pies? I always have mince pies around at this time of year…they’re just so Christmasy! :) These ones are extremely easy to make…so if you’re not a baker (like I’m not) these we can still have this wonderful festive treat ready in no time!

What I used (Makes 12+ small pies)

1 Sheet ready rolled shortcrust pastry. Mine weighed around 375g (13oz)
1 Jar mincemeat. I used around 200g (7oz)
Around 250g (9oz) Icing sugar or confectioners sugar
A few tablespoons of milk
I used a dash of almond flavouring in my topping but orange would be nice
