Hack Squat - 8-10 reps X 5
Frog Leg Press - 10 reps X 4
Smith Machine Static Lunges - 8 per leg X 3
Smith Machine Split Squat Jumps - 8 per leg X 3
Smith Machine Squat Jumps - 12 reps X 4
Hamstring Curl Machine Thrusts - 12 reps X 3
10 min Stairmaster Cool Down.
TUESDAY - UPPER BODY/CARDIO
SUPERSET
Wide Grip Row - 7 reps into Close Grip Row - 7 reps - 4 Supersets
Pull Ups - 8 reps X 3
Single Arm Shoulder Press - 10 per arm X 4
Front Raise with Twist - 7-10 reps X 3
SUPERSET
Front & Lateral Raise - 10 reps into Around the Worlds - 8 reps - 4 Supersets
SUPERSET
Plate Bicep Curls - 12 reps into Tricep Push Ups with Hop - 8 reps - 3 Supersets
Sprints - 20 secs on/10 secs off. 10 minutes!
WEDNESDAY - LOWER BODY

Smith Machine Sumo Squats -10 reps into Smith Machine Jump Squats - 10 reps - 5 Supersets
Bulgarian Split Squats - 8 per leg X 4
Hip Thrusts - 10 reps X 4
Cable Pull Throughs - 8-10 reps X 3
Walking Lunges - 20 reps X 5
THURSDAY - UPPER BODY/ABS/CARDIO
Lat Pull Down - 8 reps X 4
Cable Reverse Flyes - 10 reps X 3
Plate Bent Over Rows - 8-10 reps X 3
SUPERSET
Plate Chest Press - 8 reps into Plate Flyes - 8 reps - 4 Supersets
SUPERSET
Barbell Bicep Curls - 10 reps into Barbell Skullcrusher - 10 reps - 3 Supersets
ABS - Bench Vups/Single Leg Raises/Scissor Legs - 30 secs per exercise - 3 rounds.
