You can cycle from Charlton in east London to Lewisham in south east London about 30 minutes.
The ride is entirely on quiet streets and protected cycle lanes, and is just over four miles long.
It makes use of TfL's new streetspace Cycleway 4 (C4) route on Woolwich Road, as well as quiet streets and parts of the Waterlink way (sorry, in the video I call it the Watermead way, which is wrong).
