The man who raped and killed Jessica Ledford in Highland Park in 1999 was resentenced Tuesday.
Marc Osborne was 17 at the time of her killing and was originally convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
On Tuesday, a Judge ordered him to serve a minimum of 40 years to a maximum of 60 years, also giving him credit for about 25 years already served.
