1. Preparation: Preheat your Hotronix Fusion-IQ Heat Press to 300°F. Lay out your jean jacket and measure the design areas.

2. White Toner Design: Load your design file into Print Optimizer and print it onto EZ Peel 8.5X11 Transfer Paper using your DigitalHeat FX 8432 printer. Place it in the heat press.

3. Marry Sheets: Place the B Sheet over the A Sheet, cover with Parchment Paper, and press at 300°F for 100 seconds. Peel the B Sheet to reveal the design and trim it.

4. Vinyl Cutting: Upload your vinyl design to the Graphtec CE7000-40 15" Vinyl Cutter and print onto Aztec Gold TRITON Glitter roll. Weed the excess material using a Weeding Pick.

5. White Toner Transfer: Place the Print Perfect Pad on the heat press. Secure the white toner design to the jacket using Heat Resistant Tape. Press at 300°F for 60 seconds, peel once cool, and press again for 20 seconds.

6. Vinyl Transfer: Place the vinyl design on the jacket, cover with parchment paper, and press at 300°F for 10 seconds. Peel and press again for 3-5 seconds.
