STORYLINE:
The funerals were held in Israel on Friday of two military personnel, one killed in fighting with Hezbollah, the other in a collision between two Israeli helicopters.
Israeli army officer Benjamin Hillman, who was killed during heavy fighting on Thursday between Israeli forces and Hezbollah guerrillas on the Israel-Lebanon border, was buried in his hometown Ra'anana.
Israeli pilot Major Ran Yehoshua Kochva, who died when two Apache attack helicopters collided in mid-air early on Friday in northern Israel, was buried in Tel Aviv.
Three others were also injured in the crash, two seriously according to the Israelis.
Arabic satellite broadcaster Al-Jazeera reported that four soldiers were killed in the crash, but did not give a source.
An inquiry team has been appointed to determine the cause of the collision, but military officials said the
crash was an accident, not the result of enemy fire.
At least 335 people have been killed in Lebanon in the Israeli campaign, Health Minister Mohammed Jawad Khalife
said at midday on Friday- a rise of 29 over the past 24 hours.
Thirty-four Israelis also have been killed, including the air force officer killed on Friday and 18 soldiers.
