There comes a point when you just have to say "enough is enough". Hear the full story of why I had to cut this buyer loose from buying my $300k new construction house. Remember, all money ain't good money, I don't know where I heard that from but it's true. These were frankly one of the worst buyers I've ever had to deal with since 2004.
