Lets make bread!
Simple ingredients - flour, water, salt and yeast.
For this recipe I made 2 loaves - the ingredients were (for one loaf):
Flour: 550g (450g strong white, 100g stoneground wholemeal)
Water: 360g (or maybe a little more or less depending on the flour you use)
Salt: 10g per loaf
Yeast: 7g dried yeast per loaf (a typical sachet is 7g)
If you have the ability or use fresh/wet yeast, then just double the quantity and rub it into the flour before adding the salt and water.
Other than that, mix, rest, lightly knead, rest, shape, proof and bake!
