Hey all!
Today a friend of mine was generous enough to share with me some fresh Colostrum Cowmilk. So I thought to put up a video on how to prepare 'Junnu' out of this thick high protein Milk. For those of you who do not know what is "Junnu", It is a thick Milk produced by a Cow for the first three days after it has delivered a Calf.
"Junnu" is also known as "Kharwas" in Hindi and Marathi. It is is believed that this Milk is full of Nutrients and it also helps build Immunity .
