This is Day 4 of my 31 Day Meditation Challenge.
Today’s meditation is about learning how to be with your experience without trying to fix it or push it away. We explore the difference between pain and suffering, and how resistance can make difficult moments feel heavier than they need to be.
This practice is especially helpful if you’re going through something uncomfortable emotionally, or if you often feel like you’re fighting your own thoughts or feelings.
You don’t need to feel calm for this to work, just willing to stay present.
