Описание: Hey friends! This week Rae and I took to our collection of ice cream books and picked one of my favorite flavors of ice cream to make. The recipe comes directly from the Bay's very own Humphrey Slocombe and the flavor we made was Malted Milk Chocolate!

I love a good malt milkshake. I don’t know what it is but the flavor is just unique and tasty. You throw malt into any of my milkshakes and I'm about as happy as can be. You hear of the old malt shops from back in the day this is what this flavor reminds me of.

You’ll notice this process is a little different from our usual approach. What I love about ice cream is there are many ways to create incredible flavors and this year we’re gonna test out a few new methods from famous ice cream shops around the country! This process requires us to mix eggs with sugar, heat the milk and cream, create an ice bath, etc. The result is a delicious ice cream that I can't wait to make again!
