Solid but uncertain day.
You had two sales calls and booked both initially, but one canceled due to a husband objection and wanting to wait. The other is still tentative. So technically productive, but not fully locked in yet.
Main frustration remains the same: low answer rates. You’re putting in the reps, making the calls, doing the work — just not consistently getting people on the phone.
Operationally:
Final training test for one cleaner tomorrow.
After that, full team out of training.
Next step is cleaner one-on-ones and performance improvement.
