Snowshoeing not your thing ??? It’s not mine either. But to get some exercise in and to do something different, Jeff and I strapped on some Snowshoes (MSR brand-which didn’t fall off once) and headed to the winter wonderland of Kootenay National Park.
1. Keep it Simple - you don’t need to trek from point A to point B, just going up and down a river making trail is good enough. Or maybe making some sort of pattern in the snow
2. Bring out the kid in you-try doing a snow angel or cartwheel in the snow
3. Bring a fun hot drink
4. Make some maple 🍁 Taffy
