Exercise 1: High Knees

✔️ Works arms and shoulders
💥 Muscles: deep abdominal muscles (transverse abdominis), rectus abdominis, shoulders, and arms
Exercise 3: Hollow Hold
⏱️ 3 sets · 20 seconds
✔️ Flattens the abdomen
✔️ Strengthens the core from the inside out
✔️ Improves posture and body control
