We’ve been looking forward to sharing this doughnut recipe. These Peanut Butter and Jelly Doughnuts are the most amazing and most definitely one of our favourite snacks we’ve made to date. It is a perfect treat indeed. Hope you guys can try this recipe at home! 😘

INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
3 3/4 cup Bread flour
2 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 1/4 cup warm milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp softened butter

For the filling:
1 cup strawberry jam

For the toppings:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
toasted desiccated coconut (optional)

Vegetable Oil for frying

Yield - 16 pcs
50 grams each dough
