New Jersey State Police PBA President Patrick Colligan was staying at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas when dozens were killed in a shooting at a country festival across the street Sunday, Oct. 1.
He called the Bill Spadea show to give an update on what was going on after the horrific shooting left at least 50 dead and more than 200 injured at a country festival across the street.
"I'm sure it was helpless feeling for officers," he told Bill.
