Beef Broccoli CHOW MEIN Recipe (Serves 3-4):

Sauce:
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Water
ground Black Pepper to taste
Mix until the sugar is dissolved

Use Steamed Chow Mein Egg Noodles. Undercook

In a large wok on a gas range (or hottest heat possible) add

2 tbsp high heat oil (I used Avocado), let it heat up
1/2 lb sliced sirloin steak
season with Sea Salt
sear and add 3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
2 1/2 cups broccolets
1 carrot sliced
1/2 sliced onion
mixmixmix, 1-2 minutes
add 3-4 cups noodles and sauce mixture
Cook for 3 more minutes, serve with a garnish of cilantro
