Cassava Leche Flan Pudding

Описание: This recipe was a result of a cake which I tasted when I visited a beach resort in the North of Cebu. I enjoyed the cake so much that I decided to replicate it the moment I was back in my kitchen. I do not know if this is how they made it but it tasted just like it and I was happy with the result.


Chef’s Notes:
In the video tutorial, I baked the cakes in 3 baking pans. I should have just baked them in 2 baking pans because 3 was too thin. For the photo shoot, I stacked 2 layers together so the cake looked taller. Just in case you are wondering.
