Cooking Spicy Beer-Infused Shrimp in a Clay Pot at Home:
· Clean the shrimp thoroughly, remove the digestive tracts, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, and mix well with your hands.
· Pour in beer until the shrimp are fully submerged, and marinate for 10 minutes.
· Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and soak them in water for 10 minutes.
· Wash the garlic sprouts clean, cut them into small sections, and set aside.
· Drain the marinated shrimp, add starch, and coat the shrimp evenly.
· Heat vegetable oil over medium heat, add the shrimp one by one, and fry until they turn red and crispy. Remove and drain the excess oil.
