🧠 This guided exercise is designed to help you relate differently to overthinking and intrusive thoughts.
It is commonly used in therapy to help people notice thoughts without getting caught up in them.
The exercise comes from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is often known as Leaves on a Stream.
You don’t need any prior experience. Just follow along at your own pace.
