Linda McCoy has lived in Austin since 1992 and has vowed to never leave! She has owned a small educational consulting company since 2005 called Waterloo Education. She has two wonderful sons – Zikolos, who lives in Osaka, Japan, and Griffen, who recently graduated from Austin High School
She loves living in Austin and loves sharing stories about Austin’s history. Linda is an avid stand up paddleboarder who competes in races at the State and National levels. She enjoys exploring everything new and old that Austin has to offer!
Jeffrey Dochen is a master storyteller and a native of the Westbank area. He is the son of the founder of West Lake Hills, Emmett Shelton; an alumnus of Eanes Elementary and Westlake High School; and a realtor helping people sell or buy homes locally for over 40 years. A proven history buff, Jeffrey is a tremendous volunteer asset at the Austin History Center Association, where he coordinates the popular Spotlight Series.
