1:30 PM - Starward Distillery & Bar - Leave this distillery tour with a unique education into the process of whisky making and an appreciation for the spirit. Come thirsty and hungry; enjoy cocktails, flights, and bites to match.

5:00 PM - Caretaker's Cottage - This next spot is inside a building from 1914, but it is far from historical. Expect modern and unique cocktails as well as all the classics.

7:00 PM - Di Stasio Citta - A true Melbourne icon, made for long nights and bountiful conversations. It's criminal not to order the prawn linguine. Don't let us arrest you.

DAY 2:
9:30 AM - MAKER Lt Bourke - Just damn good coffee. Every time.

10:30 AM - Good Measure & Counter Measure Bar - A life-changing "Mont Blanc"? Say Less.

12:00 PM - Rocco’s Bologna Discoteca - If the coffee hasn't quite revived you, this meatball sub will. "Rich people's Subway".

3:00 PM - Tamura Sake Bar - This Japanese izakaya will transport you to Tokyo. Think vinyl, bowls of ramen, and LOTS of sake.

5:45 PM - Cam’s Kiosk (Cafe & Bar) - Cam's is the perfect pre-dinner spot; order a bottle, get the snacks and lap up the day's last bits of sun.

8:00 PM - Bar Liberty - An "if you know, you know." A set menu and wine list that rivals many top Melbourne restaurants.

11:00 PM - Bar Margaux - The finale of all finales, a late-night burger and martini to correctly say au revoir to the city.
