Inside the You Are Worthy Network, I recently had the privilege of interviewing the amazing Heidi Black, and her story is one of honesty, redemption, and the incredible power of God to restore what once seemed broken. 💬

Heidi is a purpose-driven leader anchored in faith, helping high-performing individuals build aligned, intentional, and sustainable lives where values, relationships, physical vitality, and financial stewardship work together. 🌱

Her entrepreneurial journey began not long after high school, and for many years she has thrived in network marketing, where she has loved the income, the personal growth, and the meaningful relationships she has built along the way. 📈🤝

Today, Heidi serves on the Presidential Leadership Team of an international, European-based lifestyle company and is a two-time co-author in Women in Leadership.

She is also the CEO and co-owner of High Performance Restoration, a certified Woman-Owned Texas-based roofing company, which she runs alongside her husband of 25 years. 🏠🔨

But what made this conversation especially powerful was Heidi’s willingness to share a deeply vulnerable chapter of her life.

Years ago, Heidi and her husband began growing apart in their marriage.

During that season, she shared openly about making poor choices that led to partying, multiple affairs, and nearly leaving her husband and their two young boys.

It was a painful and broken time.

But then… God stepped in. 🙏

Her husband chose to stay and fight for their marriage. With the help of God and faithful people around them, they sought healing, restoration, and transformation.

Today, Heidi describes their marriage as “a picture of possibility.” ❤️

A living testimony that even relationships that seem beyond repair can be redeemed and rebuilt.

Beyond her leadership and business success, Heidi deeply loves being a wife and a mother. She and her husband are raising their two boys, and family remains one of the greatest priorities in her life. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Her story is a powerful reminder that:
