Today I’m sharing a super delicious and easy Tandoori Fish Recipe made at home using simple ingredients. This fish turns out juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked in a pan. If you love restaurant-style tandoori fish, you must try this recipe!
🧂 Ingredients
• 1 kg white fish
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• ½ teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
• 1 tablespoon cone flavour
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon tandoori paste
🍽️ Method
1. In a bowl, add red chilli powder, salt, chilli flakes, onion powder, olive oil, ajwain, cone flavour, lemon juice, and tandoori paste.
2. Mix everything well to make a smooth paste.
3. Add the fish to the marinade and coat it evenly.
4. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
6. Place the marinated fish in the pan and cook on medium heat.
7. Cook for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
8. Turn again and cook for 2–3 minutes until fully done.
9. Your tasty Tandoori Fish is ready!
