Knedle are sweet meal made by potatoe dough and plum filling! Traditional Knedle are filled with whole plums, but I wanted to show here how it can be done in a slightly different way - combining traditional plum filling but in such a version that after cutting the filling is liquid!
Ingredients:
Plums:
300-400g of plums
2 Tablespoons of sugar
Dough:
500g of potatoes
250g of flour
50g of potato starch
1 egg
salt
