This nearly 10 minute practice should do the trick if you're someone who needs a quick way to reconnect to yourself, calm down and re-center yourself. The yoga and breathing video starts with a pranayama exercise (a breathing exercise). I'll guide you through the breathwork which should help slow down your heart rate, calm your mind, and begin to ease stress. From there, we will do a little bit of movement to facilitate better breathing and help open up the lungs. It definitely isn't a long yoga practice with much movement to it, but I created this for people who are super busy and just want a quick way to help ease anxieties and stress.
