Today i try to do this super easy German Cookies, the making process is simple and straightforward, yet you can make 2 different flavours : Original & Coffee Flavour. German Cookies mainly use potato flour. The baked biscuits are crisp flaky on the outside, when put in mouth, the potato flour will dissolve when contact with saliva, forming a melt in your mouth feel with light potato aroma.
今天来试做这个简单又脆口的德式酥饼。做了两种口味:原味和咖啡口味。
德国酥饼有着浓浓的牛油香味,入口即化。做法简单直接,德式酥饼主要采用了马铃薯粉,烤出来的饼干外面酥脆,放进嘴里,马铃薯粉触碰口水化解,形成入口即化口感且有淡淡的马铃薯香。
德国酥饼 German Cookies
Ingredient 材料:
250g Unsalted Butter 250克无盐黄油
80g Icing sugar 80克糖粉
180g Cake flour 180克低筋面粉
250g Potato starch 250克马铃薯粉/太白粉
3in1 Instant Coffee 3合1即溶咖啡粉
*Pre heat 180C 8mins
*预热180C 8分钟
*Bake at 150C for 20 minutes at middle rack
*烘培时间大约20分钟于150摄氏度(烤箱中格)
