The batter comes together in just 5 minutes, using simple ingredients you probably already have.
The cake turns out soft, moist, and incredibly tender, while the cottage cheese cream adds a cozy homemade touch.
Perfect for family tea time or when you want an easy, reliable dessert that always works.
🧾 INGREDIENTS (EN)
For the batter:
5 eggs
a pinch of salt
90 g sugar
80 ml neutral vegetable oil
50 g melted butter
120 ml yogurt or kefir
240 g all-purpose flour
12 g baking powder
For the cream:
180 g cottage cheese
120 g sour cream
70 g sweetened condensed milk
👩🍳 STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE (EN)
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, and whisk.
Add sugar and beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Pour in the vegetable oil, then the melted butter, and mix well.
Add yogurt or kefir and combine.
Sift in the flour with baking powder and gently mix.
Pour the batter into a 20×30 cm baking pan.
Blend cottage cheese, sour cream, and condensed milk until smooth.
Pipe the cream pattern over the batter.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes.
Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
