I made this kubbe to freeze for later. All what you need to do is to take out from the freezer and deep fry. you could see my other kubbe video by clicking on this link:

This makes about 100 kubbeh balls
6 cups of fine burgul soaked in 10 cups of water for about 3 to 4 hours
5-6 lb of beef- I prefer London Broil, about 2 lbs for the stuffing cut small and 3 lbs minced to be added to the burgul that makes the shell.
6 large onions. 5 diced small for the stuffing and 1 minced or grated for the burgul(shell)
salt, pepper, allspice, for the stuffing and salt, pepper, allspice , marjarom, cumin for the burgul. All to taste.
3 TBS clarified butter to cook the meat
