"And you broke the rules," I said.
"I broke everything," he smiled sadly. "And I want to take you with me."
Words were unnecessary. I was waiting for this, I wanted this, and my whole being said yes, let it be!
And I turned into a stream of pure, blinding light. A vortex of impossible colors engulfed me entirely and carried me along in an endless kaleidoscope of stunning patterns at impossible speed. I was instantly at his side, like a wish come true, created by the light of the stars...
