Описание: Transform your fitness and feel unstoppable with this full-body dumbbell workout that combines powerful compound exercises and bodyweight cardio to burn fat and build strength.

I used a set of 8kg/17.5 Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

There is one no repeat circuit to complete 40 secs work/15 secs rest + an Isometric finisher 30 secs work/10 secs rest
