Описание: Varshitap is the highly regarded Jain tapasya or Jain Penance of consuming food on one day and fasting on the next day, consequently following this regime for one whole year. This tapasya was undertaken and inspired by the first Tirthankar in Jainism - Shri Rushabhdev Bhagwan (also known as Lord Aadinath).

With the hope that tapasya inspires many more across the world, Tapasvi Anumodna Avsar has been organised by Parasdham Mumbai in sanidhya of Rashtrasant Param Gurudev Shree Namramuni Maharaj Saheb.
