I’m David Burch and I’m so excited you’re here to join me on this journey to create a powerful habit of daily practice.
This challenge is simple but incredibly effective—and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Alongside the videos, you’ll be using the 15-Minute Wellness Practice Journal. This journal will help you track your progress by checking off each day’s practice. But there’s more! Before and after each session, you’ll rate how you feel on a scale of 1 to 10—where 1 is the worst you’ve ever felt and 10 is the absolute best. This simple act of reflecting on your mood helps you really tune in to the subtle shifts that happen over time.

And because change can be subtle, I’ve added a space for you to write down a few thoughts each day. This isn’t about filling pages—just a line or two about how you’re feeling can be super insightful. Maybe one day you notice a bit more calm, maybe another day you feel more energized.
Remember, this challenge is all about consistency. Just like the ‘Don’t break the chain’ method made famous by Jerry Seinfeld, the idea is to keep going day after day, even when you don’t feel like it. That’s when the magic happens.
