Charlsbury residents protested the visit of United States Vice President JD Vance on Tuesday (August 12).
Residents of the rural Cotswolds town and its surrounding areas joined a small demonstration where chants were accompanied by a chocolate caterpillar cake with meme imagery of JD Vance stuck to the face.
Vance has been holidaying in the the Cotswolds, an area popular with wealthy and influential figures, since Sunday evening (August 10).
