First lift of the new year and the new program. Supersets have been added to help with time efficiency along with swapping to an Upper/Lower spilt. Pushed through some hard Bench Press and Pull-Up sets then finished with a couple of supersets.
🎯 WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
• Incline Barbell Press: 2x8-12
• Weighted Pull-Ups (Lat Focused): 2xAMRAP
• Cable Chest Fly: 2x8-15
• Incline Barbell Row: 2x6-10
• Cable Lateral Raise: 2x8-12
• EZ Bar OVH Tricep Extension: 2x8-12
• Cable Wrist Curls: 2x8-12
• Cable Reverse Wrist Curls: 2x8-12
💪 MY STORY:
Two years ago, I was 60 pounds heavier and struggling to find time for fitness. Today, I work out multiple times a week from my home gym and document every single session for accountability.
⏰ TRAINING SCHEDULE:
I train either early morning (5 AM before kids wake up) or late night (after kids are asleep) to protect my workout time while being present for my family.
