I had to lift LATE at NIGHT…let’s see how it goes

Had to get the lift in late because I didn’t wake up in time this morning. Bench press stayed steady but I got some hard work in with the back movements. I also went up 10 lbs on the Y-Raises and those were insane.
🎯 WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
• Barbell Press: 2x8-12
• Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 2x6-10
• Cable Seated Row: 2x8-15
• Dumbbell Incline Fly: 2x8-15
• Dubbell Seated Y-Raise: 2x8-12
• Cable Tricep Pushdown: 2x8-12
• Dumbbell Reverse Curls: 2x8-12
💪 MY STORY:
Two years ago, I was 60 pounds heavier and struggling to find time for fitness. Today, I work out multiple times a week from my home gym and document every single session for accountability.
⏰ TRAINING SCHEDULE:
I train either early morning (5 AM before kids wake up) or late night (after kids are asleep) to protect my workout time while being present for my family.
