Описание: RECIPE BELOW: These classic crispy fried egg rolls have a chicken and bok choy filling along with an assortment of herbs. It's super crunchy with a light herbaceous savory flavor! This is very popular appetizer served during Chinese New Year as it represents good fortune-ENJOY!

Yields 25 egg rolls

Ingredients:
• 8 oz minced chicken breast meat or sub with dark meat
• 8 oz bok choy, sliced (can sub with Napa cabbage, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and reg cabbage
• 2-3 sprigs basil, leaves only-rough chop
• 2-3 sprigs mint, leaves only-rough chop
• Sm bunch cilantro, leaves & stems-rough chop
• 2-3 green onions, minced
• 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1" knob ginger, minced
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 1 Tsp Sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
• 1 Tsp seasoning salt mix-Watch video-S1Ep76-   • S1Ep76-YuCanCook Seasoning Salt Mix 調味料  
• 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
• Cornstarch slurry (1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water ) as needed to desired thickness
• 1 pgk Wei-Chuan frozen spring roll shells or any other brand (Menlo, Dynasty, etc)
• 1 egg yolk
• Oil for cooking

Chicken marinade:
• 1 Tsp seasoning salt mix-Watch video-S1Ep76-   • S1Ep76-YuCanCook Seasoning Salt Mix 調味料  
• 1.5 Tsp sesame oil
• 1.5 Tsp Shaoxing wine

Thai Style Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce:
• 1/4 C water
• 1/4 C sugar
• 1/3 C rice vinegar
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 Tsp Sichuan pepper flakes or chili sauce
• 1/4 Tsp salt
