Описание: This one was hard. I had a lot of difficulty trying to figure out the lyrics. And still, I believe that some of the lyrics may be wrong, but this was the best I could understand and find about the lyrics.

This song was made by a musical group known as "Conjunto Os Peles Vermelhas", with the intention of expressing the farewell of a soldier that is going to fight for Portugal in the Ultramar (specifically in Angola) to his mother, who stays in the "continente" crying and awaiting him.

I couldn't find a better version, and the audio is not perfect, but it's such a beautiful song that I had to post it.

Esta foi difícil. Tive muitas dificuldades para tentar perceber a letra. E ainda assim, acredito que algumas palavras podem estar mal transcritas, mas isto foi o melhor que pude compreender e encontrar sobre a letra.

Esta música foi feita por um grupo musical conhecido como "Conjunto Os Peles Vermelhas", com a intenção de expressar o adeus de um soldado que vai lutar por Portugal no Ultramar (especificamente em Angola) à sua mãe, que fica no continente a chorar e à sua espera.

Não consegui encontrar uma versão melhor, e o áudio não é perfeito, mas a música tão bonita que tive de a postar.
