Ingredients of Egg Fry:
Dim / Egg - 4 pcs
Grated Carrot
Chopped Capsicum
Chopped Onion
Chopped Green Chilli
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Black Pepper Powder
Salt
Refined Oil
Methods of how to make egg fry:
1. At first heat up a kadai and add 1 tbsp. Refined Oil.
2. When the oil heats up add Chopped Onion, Capsicum, Grates Carrot, Chopped Green Chillies.Fry them on medium flame for 2 mins.
3. Add 1/4 tsp Salt while frying.
4. After 2 mins turn off your oven.
5. Now crack 4 Eggs in a big bowl and add the Fried Vegetables,Chopped Coriander, Black Pepper Powder, 1/4 tsp Salt.
6. Add Salt & Chilli as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well .
7. Beat the Egg properly and patiently.
8. Heat up an Appam Pan and add Oil in it.
9. When the oil heats up add the Egg Batter in it. Fry on medium flame.
10. Fry for 30 secs on medium flame.
11. After 30 secs flip them carefully.
12. Then fry them another 30 secs and take them out.
13. Our today's recipe Egg Masala Fry is ready.
