Today let's make Vegetable Spring Rolls with home made Spring Roll Sheets. These Vegetable Spring Rolls are super tasty and Perfect for Iftar. These this spring roll sheets are ready without kneading and rolling. Please DO try this in this Ramadan and let me know your thoughts.

Ingredients
For Filling
Vegetable oil - 2 tbspn
Chopped onion- 2 tbspn
garlic powder / paste - 1/2 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
chaat masala - 1 tspn
Cabbage - 1 cup
carrot - 1/2 cup
mix papers - 1/4 cup
salt to taste
Soy sauce - 1 tbspn
chopped coriander - 1tbspn

For Wrapper
All purpose flour - 1 cup
corn flour - 1/2 cup
salt - 1 pinch
water - 1 & 1/2 cup ( please remember every brand is different and may absorb water differently. if your batter look thicker than the video, please add little bit more water) .
Thin batter is preferred for crispy spring rolls.

For glue
All purpose flour - 2 tbspn
water - 2 tbspn
Oil for frying
