This is the opening sequence for the 1975-77 short-lived CBS sitcom "Phyllis", which was a spin-off of "The Mary Tyler Moore Show". It premiered September 8, 1975.
After being left penniless shortly after the death of her husband Lars, spoiled and self-absorbed Phyllis Lindstrom (Cloris Leachman), Mary Richards' former landlady, and her teenaged daughter Bess (Lisa Gerritsen) are forced to move from Minneapolis to San Francisco, where they move in with her former mother-in-law Audrey Dexter (Jane Rose) and her new husband Judge Jonathan Dexter (Henry Jones).
After spending the first season working in a photography studio, Phyllis finagles a job as an assistant to the San Francisco City Supervisor. Phyllis' main nemesis came in the form of Mother Dexter (Judith Lowry), Jonathan's mother who moved in with the family. She despised Phyllis, but doted on her daughter Bess.
